Our Mission

The San Diego Harbor Police Officer's Association has faithfully represented the men and women of the San Diego Harbor Police Department since 1974.  As the bargaining unit of the department, the association negotiates compensation and benefits for its represented members and provides access to legal representation for them through its PORAC LDF membership.
